Reviews
If you submit a review, the website records your rating, review text, chosen display name (or Anonymous), submission time and moderation status on the hosting server. Approved reviews are published. Do not include sensitive or identifiable third-party information in a review. Contact us about correction or removal.
Photo Evidence Builder
The embedded photo tool processes the photographs and descriptions you select within your browser and uses browser recovery storage where available. It does not need to transmit photographs to this website server to build a printable record. ZIP backups and printed PDFs are saved where you choose on your device; keep them secure. Browser storage can be lost or accessed by someone with access to your device or profile.
Assessor and observation areas
Restricted assessor/observation functions may handle learner and assessment information on the hosting server. Their use should be authorised by the responsible training centre and governed by the centre's own privacy and record-retention policies.
External services
Copying a prompt does not itself send information to an AI provider. If you then paste personal information or evidence into ChatGPT or another service, that service processes the information under its own policies. Site-visit booking and payment links lead to external providers.
Server records and sessions
Hosting may process standard access logs and technical details needed to operate the site. The reviews feature uses session identifiers for administration and form security. You can contact us if you have questions about retention or the personal information held through the website.
Your choices and rights
You can choose anonymous review display, decide what information to share, and remove local Photo Builder recovery by clearing relevant browser site storage (after securely saving any required backups). UK data-protection rights may apply, including access, rectification, erasure and objection, subject to legal exceptions. Contact us for requests and concerns.
